What's included in a heat pump service?
It's important to be aware of what is included within your service, so you know just what to expect.
A full service of one heat pump system, including the hot water cylinder.
A heating health check, including underfloor heating.
A robust 43 component part inspection & service.
Once your service is completed, our engineer will leave you with signed service documentation for your records. All of the above is included within our 2025 service fee of £140, subject to this being within Dorset, Hampshire or Wiltshire. Please note, prices may be subject to amend at any point.
We believe it is important to be upfront, so we want to make it clear what isn't included within a service too. Firstly, if any remedial works, or replacement parts are found to be needed, the cost of these would be in addition to the servicing fee. Lastly, please note this cost relates to a single heat pump, we are able to servicing multiple heat pumps but please contact us for a specific quote on this.
